He pressure washed , filled in the holes to blend it in and applied , 2 coats of wood stain He put down drop clothes and was very careful, so as to not cause any damage. He is a one-person outfit. He is friendly, personable, and most importantly, a hard-working professional. His work is VERY good. He spent a good amount of time making sure that every inch of the work was done to the best quality degree.

I love that he came every day and put in a good 9-10 hours each day. It was a cot and long project and he was so diligent in getting it done on schedule.
